This TV is great! My only “complaint” is that the stands are on the two sides, rather than a central stand, which required me to get a larger stand to place it on. Other than that, it’s fantastic!!

The TV was excellent, just wish I had known that Fire TV did not support YouTube TV before I purchased, mounted and set up the entire thing first. Returned for this reason, other than that, great product.

My daughter likes the tv and watches her favorite shows on it. She likes that it's a fire tv without having an additional streaming device and remote.

I bought this for my garage and it works great the only down side for a smart tv is the lack of the cable tv app which is connected to the fire edition part of the tv so I connected a Roku problem solved

I bought it open box..... couldn't get the remote to sync up. They sent another remote, still nothing. Something wrong with the TV internally

JUST recently started having the screen go black!!! Have to turn it on early in the morning with the hopes that it will come back on before something comes on that we want to watch!

Just bought three new Insignia TV's for our home. Love the quality and how Best Buy has stood up for us when an issue arises. Have replaced other mfgr's with Insignia.

It's not the most flashy or expensive but it gets the job done and looks nice too. The built in Amazon is nice because we use other Amazon products and fire TV's.

Not sure what to think about it yet. It is easy to use and image looks great but there definitely seems to be bugs with the Amazon fire system. I also have been having strange issues with the volume. I noticed the other day that the volume was low and I tried to increase it but nothing occurred. I muted it and then once I un-muted it the volume went back to normal. After that I continue to have issues like that with the volume. It seems to resolve itself when I mute it then un-mute it.

purchased for my girlfriend for Christmas, I have a 55in fire tv edition myself and I love it. shows extremely clear! wish they came in a much larger size for my wall unit

Very happy with the purchase. I was already an Amazon Prime member and integration was painless. Watched a hockey game on You Tube tonight with the built-in app and it was fine.

I like the TV but there is a sound problem. On some programs and some commercials the background sound will be so loud that I can not hear the dialog. I don't know what is causing it. Otherwise a good TV.

Great gaming TV. Handles movement and graphics. My son plays his PS4 games on it and can really tell the difference in the quality of this display.

As of now, about a month of use, this TV is great. Everything that was expected and detailed is what I received. Only wish I got it for the cheaper Black Friday deal lol

I bought this TV for my mom and you really can’t be the sale price...especially with the built in FireTV! So far, her only complaint is not having a channel up/down when she’s viewing her local channels.

This tv has great resolution and I have had no problems with the internet functions. I also got it while on sale so the price was a steal with the quality of the product

I bought this as a monitor for my new home videoconference studio. Plugged it in and took about 5 minutes to connect to my wifi network. Works great. No complaints.

Good enough TV for the price. Easy to setup, Alexa works, easy interface, handy firestick like remote. Some lip sync issues and function lockup. Can adjust lip sync in sound settings and reboot clears lockup.

Great TV for my elderly parents. The simple remote, just a few buttons was a blessing. Making things simple, clear - that is what so much of us non-techy people want.

This tv is good for the price. It runs off the Amazon platform so if you have a fire stick you will be familiar with how to work it. The 4k could be better, but I'm not sure if that's due to our shotty Wi-Fi.
