Video is choppy & audio fall out of sync with vdeo

Intermittently, audio falls out of sync with video. I have to rewind 10 seconds and it will sync back up. This happens with recast, Netflix, and CBS app. Occasionally I will be watching recorded shows from the recast and the audio stops and music from the prime music app will start playing. But the most annoying thing is going from a plasma TV to this 4K LED tv is the jittery video. It is very rare that I can watch any show where there is fluid motion like my plasma has. It is almost like watching pond off the old-school cartoon flip books. I guess you get what you pay for, and I think I got a good price on it, but I will not buy another insignia tv again.
