My kids don’t complain, so it is ok, I recommend this one. Cheap and works with Alexa, so I don’t even need to use the remote controller that I can never find.

If the price were higher I wouldn’t recommend due to a weird issue where the sounds seems to raise and lower itself. I could be in the middle of a show with the remote on my coffee table and suddenly the volume raises itself to a frightening level. Needless to say I have been startled numerous times by this.

Unfortunately most of the time they are out of sync. A few seconds delay in the sound. This happens on Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and every other app I use.The only thing that seems to fix it is unplugging the TV for about ten minutes. Very annoying. Also I frequently can't watch CBS on this TV through Hulu even though it works fine on my computer. I've tried to find answers on the Best Buy community forum but if any of you have tried that you know what a mess it is.
