    The one thing I didn't know when this tv was purchased is you have to have an Amazon account in order to do anything with it. I spoke to a geek squad agent and asked if not having an account would affect my usage on the tv and he said no, without it you can't download any of the apps and only watch live tv.

    I was expecting the TV to actually have HDR and display in 4K but that wasn't the case. I feel like some of it was false advertisement. Overall though the speakers are pretty good and it has still lasted me these past 2 years. If you are looking for a cheap Smart TV and don't care about specs then this is a good one.

    I have had this tv for 4 months. It was amazing in the beginning, but now I've been having issues with the smart aspect of the tv. I have to restart the tv about once a day for the apps to work and with a toddler that doesn't always fit her fancy. This is my first smart tv and I may not want to get another one due to the issues I have with this one.
