The screen is dim and it turns on and off every two seconds when it’s turned on. I had it for almost 2 years. Get the geek squad protection plan with this tv so it anything happens you will be covered.

I switch back to my Amazon Fire Stick and Hulu pulls up just fine so I know it’s the tv. Very disappointed.

I get a message saying ICloud connectivity is disable. I have very good internet but not getting the full effect of the tv because of this. I would really like some help with this issue.

ok TV on the cheap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV was ok to begin with as I didnt expect much from a TV under $300 but after several times switching from my main TV(living room) to using this tv(in bedroom) the quality is horrible, I would even say is a bit fuzzy, certainly not the 4k UHD experience I would expect as advertised. However now past the 14 day mark so a return is unavailable. Use caution, spend the little bit extra for an upgrade. Also the Alexa interface is poorly designed, not a result of the Insignia brand I believe but if that is a selling point then it should be easy to use. Im a fairly technically savy person but It took me several days of tweaking and researching to get it to work as marketed. I dont see anyway that a non-technical person would easily set up the alexa interface.

I have found the picture quality to only be so-so. It comes across grainy at times and the colors needed some adjustment to make people look realistic. For the price it seems and ok deal.

No way to be fixed. Bought 5yr protection plan, didn't need 5yrs worth that's for sure. I am outside the service area for the protection plan so I have to dispose of the tv now and they wouldn't do a replacement trade where they bring you a new one and take your old one. I got what I payed for it back (it was on sale for 250.00) minus the 15.00 in tax. But it's a gift card and coming in the mail they won't put it into my account to use right away online! I have to use it online anyways when it does come. Beware of the protection plan terms! Will NOT buy this brand ever again, it should last more than 1 yr and 3 months!
