||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV to play PS4 on basically and when I got it home and set it up, it wasn’t compatible with the PS4. Returned it and got another TV same one same model because the sales person told me that maybe my HDMI input were bad. Got home set the new one up and same thing. Tried all HDMI inputs and all said No Imput detected. Plugged in various other devices into the HDMI inputs to make sure they work, and they did. Called Geek Squad out and they came 2 days later to check the TV out and said they’ve had issues with certain smart TVs not being compatible with the PS4. Returned the TV and got A 50” Insignia non-smart TV and it works perfect. Not sure what the issues are, but sales associates should be informed when selling the TVs to customers about all the issues that may occur. Geek Squad techs were awesome when they came to check out the TV and were very knowledgeable and informative about the TV and issues that have been occurring.

It’s also so slow to respond most of the time. it’s been like this since day 1, I should have returned it but I was being lazy.
