    Netflix WONT Load

I'm having a pretty difficult time with this t.v. The picture is fine, I dont know much about picture quality but it looks fine to me. The problem is netflix, it wont open. I watch netflix almost exclusively, I dont have cable or a blu ray player hooked up. When I click on netflix it spins and spins and spins some more. The internet is connected and Netflix opens fine on my other devices. I do have a cinemax via prime subscription and it opens just fine. If I unplug the t.v and plug it back in then Netflix will open. I've tried just turning it off without unplugging but that doesnt help. Considering 99% of my viewing is Netflix and I can rarely get it to open the t.v. is a bust and MAJORILY frustrating.

We bought this on sale for black friday. Loved it but after about 8 months later it’s starting to lag very bad and here and there glitches with green lines on the screen. Not sure if it’s the apps or the TV itself.

great buy but I don't like that it goes to sleep mode when you not pressing the remote at times or having to reset it because it freezes up and won't respond to the remote

This tv just died on me after 2 years. A few months ago the picture started getting green in certain scenes. Super disappointed because my last Insignia is 7 years old and is still working beautifully.

So far the TV is worth the price. Bought it for 280 or $300 with tax. Visuals are solid, and the FireTV is nice. One problem I have is the sound effects and music are overwhelmingly loud, and yet I can barely hear actor conversation.

Great while it lasted. But it died at 16 months. I expected to at least get 2 years out of a new tv. It was fine one morning, and then later that evening the screen was so dark you had to stand about a foot away and turn out the room lights to see the menu options. I tried everything I could find online to correct the issue, but it looks like the backlighting of something just died and it would cost more to repair than to replace. I'm replacing it with a better brand in hopes I'll get more than 16 months out of the new tv.

    Great Budget 4K TV

To be honest, I was not expecting a feature packed TV when I got the Insignia Fire TV. I was wrong. The picture is nice for the price range. The HDR works great as well. I tested the TV utilizing my Amazon Prime account first. Everything streams and works flawlessly. The loading speed is fast, actually better than any of my Fire TV products. The menu is typical Fire TV. The available 4K content looks great once you go back and forth between the picture adjustments and the movies. After testing it with the built in software, he enters my 4k bluray player and 5 movies I always use to show off my other TVs. I have to say, it is nice but not mind blowing. Colors are bright and crisp, but blacks bleed and whites look faded. My wife cannot see it, but I can. I have to state right away here, that the remote is horrible and getting the picture adjusted is a chore, I hated that wholeheartedly. You must go into the menu to change the picture settings, you cannot adjust while watching a movie, which just plain stinks, these 2 reasons are why I gave it a 4 star rating. The TV is easy to hang, even includes the screws preinstalled in the mounting holes, which I have never seen before, thanks for that Insignia. For a basic 4k TV, it works, and works well. My kids now have a big 50" TV in their room and are beyond excited. For a movie buff like me, I would not look forward to watching movies on the TV though, I like to adjust per movie, but for my kids, it's perfect on the preset Dynamic. They can easily use the remote and the built in Parental controls are top notch. For the average TV watcher, this TV will not break the bank and will satisfy 95% of the people who buy it.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money and this was a really good price. It works fine and I like that it's a smart TV but I probably should have spent a little for slightly better picture quality.

I first got the tv and had to take it back for an exchange because the internal speakers stopped working. The new one so far has not had any problems but I’ve only had it out the box for a week.

The TV is not bad for the price. The 4k is not as crisp as it should be. The screen is extremely white. The TV function is nice with tv guide if you are using an antenna. Overall not bad.

After buying another Toshiba 4K tv weeks prior to this purchase I can tell this is not really a 4K tv. No depth in the picture quality, it just looks like 1080p. I would not recommend this tv.

I could not download my xfinity app on it. Lines begin appearing in my tv a few months after being in use. My geek squad factory warranty allowed me to get a new one.

The overall picture quality is not very impressive, but I guess it’s not bad for what you pay. The integrated apps are great and so is the fact it come with Alexa.

Will never purchase a TV from best buy ever again. Bought this tv last year, a week ago the light starts to go out. Apparently there is only a 1 year warranty and they want to charge $150 to fix something that shouldn’t be broken. Heard this is a common issue.

We like the colors of the TV and picture BUT the TV goes to the home screen during the middle of shows and it is aggravating trying to get back to watch our satellite.
