    Issues with power button on TV and the remote

    I've had this tv for just over a year. The functionality has been fine from time to time but the power button on the tv does not work and the power button on the remote control will lock the tv up so I have to unplug regularly to reset the tv. I'm decently techy so these type of issues are irritating especially since I've only had this tv for a little over a year.

    Good 4k tv for the money.hdr doesnt look bad .I use mine as a pc monitor and for xbox series x and ps5.tv has very basic picture settings

    Great picture, great price, great sound, and the Amazon OS is great, controller does what you say perfectly. And memory was sufficient to handle a bunch of apps no problem. However, the backlight stopped working right after the one year mark rendering it useless. And probably not worth the cost of repair. So I moved on. Great disposable TV?

    At first it worked great. About a week after purchasing it started glitching and the picture would be distorted plus colors would fade.

    If you don't have a cable box it's difficult to navigate. We have regular cable in our room, it's difficult to change channels.

    Fire stick makes it extremly complicated for you to used. It asks to much information to set up took me 20 min just to get youtube installed

    Don’t waste your money. This TV is garbage. It malfunctioned from the very first second I plugged it in. I had to reset it several times. I called Geek Squad & was told to reset, deregister & start over. I did that. Repeatedly. I tried everything they said. Every chance I got. All the while my 14 days to return the TV were running out. Now all I can do is take the TV in to Geek Squad & who has time for that? I have not had this a whole month & it is trash. Alexa doesn’t work. It freezes. All of the smart functionality is useless.

    Possibly a good tv if the remote had paired. Hard to believe a product would be released that once the remote is lost or broken a new one is almost impossible to pair. Even Geek Squad couldn't figure it out. Should come up with a way to make the tv pair with your phone at any time not after the tv has been set up.

    I purchased this tv last night at Best Buy. When I made it home I followed the protocol to unboxing the tv. After unboxing it cautiously and following directions the tv showed fine. A little fuzzy at times, but it was pretty clear. I watched the tv for about 3 hours without issues. The next morning I turned the tv on and it started out with only being a black screen, then proceeded to glitch with green lines on it. I am infuriated as I have not owned this tv for 24 hours and it is already no good.

    It's a nice TV however fire stick is not as good as they say is. It will not let you download certain from outside sources such as vudu.

    This TV is garbage. I have had it for 2 months and there is already a huge line running down the middle of the screen. This happened 6 days after the return policy ended. The tv is glitchy, the screen freezes all the time and the remote feels like a cheep kids toy. Horrible tv. Do not waste your money on this junk.

    Very unhappy with this product. I need to unplug my cable box every time I turn the tv on to get it to switch to HDMI 1. It automatically turns on to the tv menu screen, which was not advertised as far as I saw. Unplugging the cable box causes all the other cable boxes to restart so other TVs in the house are interrupted. I am not sure why it won’t allow me to switch to HDMI 1 without unplugging or why it won’t automatically turn on to the cable channels. I have tried remedies mentioned (others have had this same issue) for that and they do not work. Please save yourself time and aggravation and look at another tv to purchase.

    Not bad for the price. TV LED went out in a year 1/2. Be sure to buy warranty.
