Not particularly great at any feature but solid all-around. Will get the job done for most on a budget.

Good picture. Country living, my Wi-Fi is too slow to download all what I needed.

It’s an okay television for the money. Could have gotten a much bigger tv for the same money at Walmart two weeks later

Within a few months, screen went out. Luckily had manufacturers warranty so was able to exchange.

Just a quick review for folks interested in this tv. The positive of this tv is that it has a 4k firestick built-in. So you can get your favorite streaming apps like Mobdro, cinema, terrarium, etc. A quick YouTube video will show you how to make that happen. The negative is the picture quality isn’t 4k what-so-ever. I have quite a few 4k tvs in my house and have had many in the past with all the brands available today. First time trying insignia and am very disappointed. The tcl 49” 4k tv would be the better option. It has hdr and truly shows a 4k picture. Also, Roku is built-in to the tv as well.

Such a bummer. Who would think that at only 1.5 yrs of ownership this tv would quit working. The light for the screen went out. Of course I didn't buy the extended warranty (my bad) but seriously....I'm totally disgusted with the Insignia brand at this point. Never again will I purchase any of Best Buy's name brand. First time, in all of my many purchases from Best Buy that I have been disappointed. C'mon you guys can do better.

Maybe is me but for a 4K smart tv I am not getting the quality in image that I was expecting from a newer tv.

I have only had this tv for 1 - 1/2 years and it was amazing and great but now the screen is out after one 1 - 1/2 years ! 6 months after the warranty was over ! This is so horrible because I saved every penny I had to buy this tv but now my weed ice is out of work from COVID and she is 7 months pregnant and I can not afford to buy another one ! That was the only tv in the home ! I just thought I would get at least 5 years out of it ! The Sony I had before this lasted me 10 years !!!! Now I HAVE NO TV !!! PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT AND REPLACE IT OR FIX IT !!!! I STILL HAVE MY receipt !!!! PLEASE make this right stand by your product!!!

It was great for a while then it blew out fairly quickly. What a waste of money

The fire stick addition is a wonderful tool to have but the picture isn’t quality like I thought it would be

i still don't like the TVs listening in, but you can do things to change this invasion of privacy....

Not really ok with this. Has problems, this tv is not bright enough

The firetv software has a lot of problems.I reinstalled my Roku 4K stick and watch the TV from HDMI 1..

Lasted about two years working then no picture only a black screen

I see this model is no longer available, go figure. So this review is probably a waste of time but so disappointed i thought i needed to share my experience. Didn't last 2 years and picture went black today. Purchased in November of 2019. Black Friday savings, yea right. Similar to other comments. Warranty's should be extended for common issues with products and hold these companies accountable for taking advantage of consumers. I realize this is not like buying a car, but some of us do work hard for our money.

The TV died around 1 year old. I’ve had many regular tv from this brand, with no problem. Had to buy a new one but No more smart tv’s from this brand for me.

I prefer the tcl brand. The quality was average. Price was reasonable.

at first everything is fine, but then after i hooked it up to an external sound system and returned it to tv audio mode, the tv audio is off...and i could not turn it back on...NO SOUND can be heard...and the only solution to be able to use the tv again is to put back the sound system...that sucks!
