Tv stop working after only 20 days of having it

Broken after 18 months

There is no saving it. The screen is completely black. The volume over the last several months had started to get lower but I thought my hearing was just going bad. So I would have to turn it halfway up just to hear it. Skip this brand and spend a little extra for the good name brand ones with better reputations.

Worst purchase ever!

I bought it 17 months ago and the backlight is already in need of repair which will cost more than the price of the tv. The tv has also given me error messages ever 6 weeks or so telling me it is low on space and I have deleted almost everything off. To summarize, 17 months in and it’s going to the curb for the trash man this week!

Poor

The screen began sticking to where the unit had to be reset frequently 6 months in to use. Also there there was a memory full message that would pop up a lot but I had very few apps and kept things stream lined for use. Had to go thru settings a alot to get this to go away. Not a good TV!

Not working properly

Lasts as long as the warranty , then its junk

You cant make picture adjustments while watching anything so you have to adjust then go check , repeat until the picture looks right. Then magically after the warranty is up ( 1 year) it will suddenly go to hell. DO yourself a favor and go with the other TV brand you are looking at.

Burned Out After 2 Years!

I even purchased the extended warranty but the tv died a few months after the warranty expired. 2 years, now I get a Dark, Dim screen, that keeps flashing. Support basically said they can't help. I will NEVER buy another one of these.

The dumbest “smart” TV ever.

I have to restart it, fill in WiFi password, over and over again. Currently, i had to restart, unplug, reconnect WiFi, several times before even watching one show. This is almost nightly. You couldn’t pay me enough to purchase again.

Insignia Fire TV

Now the screen is very dim and close to black. Hard to see anything on the screen. After resetting still has same issue. Purchased in September 2019 so its just over a year old which makes it out of the factory warranty.

Red vertical line through screen

It was the second tv of this model that had issues right out of the box. The first one had picture quality issues as well but was more like color and shadowing issues. Botught an LG after returning this one. Much better tv
