This TV has been a solid addition to my living room. The 4K UHD resolution gives a crisp, clear picture that’s been great for streaming my favorite shows and movies. The built-in Fire TV is super intuitive, making it easy to access all the streaming services.

My family and I had this brand of tv before but never in 4K WOW super clear bright colors it’s liok as if they are right in front of you and the price is a plus too

This is a great entry level 4K TV. There’s really no question about that. While you won’t get great sound or the smoothest picture, you will get great value. The picture is nice. Not the deepest blacks but still very nice. The Alexa/Fire functions well and is a nice touch for easy searching and overall functionality. If you are looking for a great secondary TV for a bedroom or office this is a great buy. If you aren’t concerned with stuff like contrast ratio or motion blur then it is an even better buy! Go to your local Best Buy and check it out if you can. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a great TV with everything I wanted and more. Clear picture great sound and I could plug everything from my old video game consoles to my new ones and stream the best videos. Perfect choice for a small space TV

Picked up this TV for the bedroom. Price was the selling point especially for the features. Built in Amazon stick, great picture (4K) lightweight etc. Picture quality is great and the sound is more than enough for the bedroom. Highly recommend this for a small to medium sized room.. .

The TV's features and picture are great for the price, but it only took a couple years of use before it started moving/loading very very slow and sometimes not opening apps at all. Sometimes it takes 5+ minutes to load the home screen when starting the TV up, sometimes apps take this long or fail to open/crash all together. I gave it 3 stars because the TV was cheap enough that I can't expect much more but in general, the performance issues after only 2-3 years is very disappointing, regardless of price.

The tv was one of the best purchases i have bought firestick built in.

I received this as a Christmas present. Setup was easy. I love everything about it. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because I couldn't install it on the mounting rack of my TV stand. The holes for the brackets are too close together. I ended up putting the feet on and putting it on a shelf on my stand.

Where do I begin with this TV? My fiance and I we're in the market for a new TV, and we decided to get this one on Black Friday because of the amazing reviews and price on Best Buy. We opened the packaging and everything was perfect! The TV itself was very modern like and sleek. However, our happiness was shot down as soon as we turned on the TV and set it up. The picture quality was HORRIBLE! It was literally like we were watching it in 480p quality. We even went back to Best Buy to buy a new HDMI cable that supported HDR, but that wasn't the issue. I am not sure if we just received a dud TV or what, but the image quality was by far not up to par with the product description. I have no idea where the 2160p UHD quality comes from, but this TV does NOT have that. The next day, we took the TV back and exchanged it for the Samsung UN6900 (50 dollars more). We immediately saw a HUGE difference between the two. Even though they had the same specs, the picture quality on the Samsung was MUCH BETTER than the Insignia. I was also told by a Best Buy employee that Insignia is a Best Buy "in-house" brand, aka a cheap TV. Honestly, I would go for the Samsung if you can afford an extra 50 dollars. The sound also is great on the Samsung (Dolby surround sound quality). As far as the Amazon Fire Stick performs, it was good. I had issues speaking into the remote, but we do not own an Alexa, so I wasn't sure if that had anything to do with it or not. You can download apps onto your TV, but they come strictly from you Amazon Prime account, which means that if you don't have Prime, you might be limited to what you can and cannot watch such as movies and TV shows. You will also receive an email and notification in the Amazon app when you download an app to your computer, which is a great feature. If you watch a movie or TV in 4K, the 4K feature is nice on the TV, but it is still very pixilated and soft. Overall, the picture and sound quality on this TV is bad. If you don't care about what your picture looks or sounds like, and you are getting this TV just for the Prime features, this is a good TV for you. But if you want the all around package, I would find another TV or pay an extra 50-100 dollars for a quality TV.

This is my first large screen TV. It replaced a 32" in. TV that I had for over 10 years and it was used when I got it. It was a pretty decent TV with nice picture quality. I used a Roku Streaming Stick+ with it that was incredibly fast and super reliable. I just wanted a bigger screen. So I got this and I was SO excited about the much larger screen size. The picture is very nice and the sound is pretty decent too. But . . . the streaming is HORRIBLE and is not app specific. it's all apps. It freezes, it will stop in the middle of shows and spin and spin and spin, often several times during a 1/2 show which easily turns it into an hour or more show with half of it not even playing. Sometimes shows will just go black, some apps won't even open. It drops it's wifi connection often and it's not a problem with my wifi. I always test my wifi on my computer when the TV drops it, and it's lightening fast on my computer and other devices. it's just this not so smart TV that has a problem with it. I'm a self employed graphic designer, I need the best of the best and the fastest of the fast wifi available and I have it! This TV doesn't get it. Not smart. My Roku + streaming stick was always reliable, never froze, never dropped connection and was 3 times as fast. I love the big screen and better sound, but what good is it if the streaming functionality is so bad? I regret my purchase and I can't return or exchange it unless I ship it to a store which would probably cost almost as much as the TV did. I bought it at a Best Buy store while I was on vacation. There is no Best Buy close to where I live that I could just take it back to. Also, while I was at the store being assisted with the sales associate, she told me it was a ROKU smart TV, NOT a Fire TV. I really love Roku and that's what I was told I was getting. I feel like Best Buy should come pick the TV up themselves for being mislead at the store to begin with and all of the problems with the streaming. Very disappointed!
