I bought this TV as a replacement for a 10 yr old TV whose tuner would not work anymore. I got this on sale for $249.99. Straight out of the box I started to have issues with this TV. As I carefully removed the TV from the box I noticed what looked like a greasy smudge like smear near the bottom of the screen and didn't pay too much attention to it. Setup: this was a breeze as I was already a user of the TV stick. Then I notice there were a few Updates that the FireTV completed. Included in one of the updates I found very annoying. The update included a pop-up on the home screen (every few seconds) suggesting to use Alexa for different functions such as turning on the TV. When the pop-up appeared it would also dim the screen. I contacted Amazon and basically got ignored. I have Alexa on a couple devices but I don't want to be hammered over the head every few seconds to suggest using Alexa for various functions. Finally, about a week later the latest update removed the Alexa pop-up. Now back to that smear/smudge on the screen. I tried every safe product out there to get rid of that smear which was all over the screen. Even just distilled water would smear it all over. I contacted the geek squad and they came out and were not able to help. I also noticed after a google search many other people were having this same issue. Later a best buy associate said the smear or oily film is put on at factory to detect scratches. Want to use a sound bar with this TV? Forget it!!! Actually, pairing a Bluetooth sound bar to the TV was very simple/easy. When you pair a sound bar via Bluetooth (Settings/Controllers & Bluetooth Devices/Other Bluetooth Devices) you get an additional function under (Settings/Display & Sounds/Sound Setting/Audio Delay). You are able to adjust the audio delay to make the video and audio in sync from -200 to 3000. I wasted so much time to get this to work. Again, I see there are many more that had this issue. Further, I contacted Amazon help from the help menu under settings and as before that was a fruitless effort too as all I got was a “canned” response and wanting me to do a full factory reset which I did and as I thought did not fix the issue. The other thing I notice after awhile, the software would not remember my connection setting. I had set it up for both wireless and hard wired (cat5). After a few weeks it decided that I don’t have the cat5 connected (which I did) and the work around was to disconnect the cat5 from the router then put it back in…walla. On the Plus side the TV has a great picture for the price and the built in speakers are decent. I’ll most likely return the sound bar as I wanted to eliminate having to use two remotes. So disappointed!

This tv, for the price is amazing. A lot of people don’t know but Insignia (Best Buy’s brand) using Samsung panels for there TVs. Amazing picture quality and OS is quick.

I was not expecting a. $250 smart tv 4k to come out this good, I have 2 other insignia tv’s and know they have good quality image but this one i paid less for and came out great better than my other 2

More $ doesn't mean more value. I needed 4k smart one cable plug n play TV and this is it. ONE power TV cable and everything via WiFi. Nothing to loose. 15 day return policy. No questions asked. Just don't damage TV before returning it. Remember, be kind, rewind...

I love the built in Firetv, I'm able to add all the TV apps I wanted. I love the sound of the tv. I can just turn it up a little bit and it sounds good to me. The reason I only give it 4 stars is because I can't set up the sleep timer to turn the tv off at the set time

I like Insignia, I wanted a smart tv so I wouldnt have to have something like Rouko or Apple Tv to stream with. I like the fact you can talk to the remote and it play what you want but its maybe a little smarter than I needed. Great buy tho

This is my first smart TV and not only is the clarity better but I can see everything far better than with my previous TV. I love having everything in 1 spot and not having to search for things that I can just download.

Great tv for the price. The only problem is that it doesn't turn off completely when you hit the power button. It will go into a like a sleep mode and you must go to the settings and restart it every so often or it will start to glitch your apps.

It’s bigger than I thought which was great! I love the built in fire stick as well saved me from having to purchase another one! The sound is good I don’t have to turn it up super high to hear which is amazing.

The picture on the TV is excellent, the apps all run well. The internet connection is strong. Our TV disconnects from our echo dot every day and needs to be unpaired and repaired every single day. Amazon has been made aware of the issue but it is still pending.

This TV was definitely worth the money. I bought it Black Friday, and have loved it ever since. If you cannot hook up to internet, there is not much point in purchasing. However, with internet there are many options and it's very nice.

Great picture quality. Its just what you would expect froma a 4K display. The smart features are super convenient. The sound is great. I thought I would need a sound bar, but didn't! It wasn't too hard to mount the tv on the wall.

I’d have to say I was skeptical on this tv for how Cheap it was and I was very surprised to know how fast it is and how clear the picture is. The audio quality is not bad at all either, very good TV for someone on a budget that is looking for a good TV.

My first 4k tv after a lot of research on best budget 4k TV's for the money. I caught it on sale and I'm not disappointed. Didn't want a super big TV and if you have a firestick then navigation for this unit is a breeze.

This TV is amazing, if you are looking for a new tv with great features, quality, sound and picture, this is the tv for you. At first I was bit worried due to the reduced cost of the product. I definitely recommend this tv to a friend

Very good quality for the price. We were looking for a 4k smart tv that was reasonable priced and this was a great buy! Actually it was the Best Buy! Glad we made another purchase and we use all of our TVs daily from best buy.

I returned this for a larger one but this TV was great. Talking to the remote was odd at first but so easy to use and made getting to things and opening them so easy. I miss that on my new tv to tell you the truth.

I have had this for a year or so now and no problems and access to tons of free apps, YouTube , and web browser! The plug is kind of short but you can always get an extension cord if needed but I recommend

A good looking tv with 4k, no hdr and fire tv built in for a pretty budget friendly price. I like the look of the (faux)brushed metal bezel. I've always had luck with insignia TV's and this one is no exception.

Honestly I’m surprised at how great this tv looks as well as the smart features and Alex integration. This was easily a smart buy and it’s got me looking at insignia as a real brand as opposed to a cheaply made off brand
