I like the tv but the Amazon alexa remote has issues sometimes, it freezes and you have to push the voice button then exit it to get the remote to work properly again. I have two different TV's and both have the same issues. Maybe they will do a firmware update and it hopefully will fix it.

I purchased a different TV a few weeks prior that I ended up returning. We could never set up the remote so that we didn't need two remotes to operate the TV. Also, because of various glitches, we had to keep resetting the TV to factory settings, which meant having to re enter all sign ins and passwords for all the streaming apps. No thanks. For this TV the remote works without even having to set it up. Also no other glitches or issues. The clarity is also excellent. Would recommend.

Has great picture. Easy set up and easy to use. Using in Master Bedroom and is easy to see across the room.

This TV has a picture as good as my Samsung HD-UHD 4K TV has but with superior connectivity. No screen abnormally or other defects, just smooth streaming content and nice speakers as well! The only negative is the amount of commercials before, during, and after streaming content. I had to buy a Apple TV 4K to keep from throwing the TV out of the Building. Apple should get with Samsung and imbed Apple TV 4K..they would have an amazing combination!

I chose to purchase online because the stimulus payments have left the store supplies barren. I have to say as of this moment I couldn't be happier. The delivery was on time and the box didn't look to be damaged. I hooked it up and it has a great picture, the sound is a little off but that is easily controlled with the different options. I wasn't sure about the Insignia brand, but so far so good and have recommended it to friends and family.

The price was good for the size,good picture and good variety of usable apps. I would buy another one.

Did a little research via Consumer Reports, etc, and kept an eye on the (sale) ads. We picked the Insignia 50”and were very happy with the well coordinated service during these difficult times. We were just as happy whey we got the new set home and set up. For us, it is the right set at the right price. We also know from prior experience, if we ever have questions or problems, Best Buy will be there for us. About all you can ask for.
