Got it home and the wire was britte and kept breaking. The plastic did not cut well and I had to use much more wire than I had initially intended.

In the process of stripping the wire, I noticed that a few (<5) of the individual wires were also cut, but I have not noticed any distortion in sound or any issues.

I just wanted to add simple surround sound for times when I want to occasionally watch tv or play video games. But nothing major. So this speaker wire suited my needs perfectly.
