This audio cord is for use with my old iPhone 6+ (yeah, I know). It helps me have calls in my car and listen to downloaded music. I noticed that when using in the house with a speaker it allows the volume to increase more than streaming with Bluetooth (we learned this using another audio cord at our baby shower 5 years ago). This product is simple, I just plug into the phone and into the car (or speaker in the house) and I'm good to go. It's exactly what I needed.
