I used this from my ;player and Mac Line-in and recorded that collectable song into Audacity. A great solution.

worked as expected on Sharp 60" flat screen tv

Know that they make a direct replacement but this one saved a few bucks. Time will tell if it will last but the price was right and he is back up and running.
