This is the second time I have purchased items from best buy that within a months time and my items already have shorts in the wiring. Like the new PC I just purchased. There is a short in the LED fan and Geek Squad tells me it will take 2 to 3 weeks before it is fixed. So I ordered the part and I am going to change it out myself... i SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS but I should not have to wait 3 weeks for Geek Squad either, especially, when it is under warranty.. I called and the company who created the part, and they mailed me a new cost free part in under 24 hours, so why do you take so long Geek Squad?
