Very ehh quality

Might have to deal with it being an Open-Box buy but I can't be sure. The person who owned it before me may have had the same issue.

Our audio cable was too short for the uses we had, so we went in search of an extension, not knowing if such a thing existed. the best Buy staff was very helpful in showing and describing the various options and then recommending one. we were quite pleased with the result/.
