Simple plug in audio extension cable.

Only one way to connect. The male mini end of the extension plugs into the TV audio output, and the other end connects with the mini end of an RCA cable, then the two male ends of that cable connect to the left/right inputs of the audio receiver.

Needed a cable for my work PC
