I'm pretty certain that even though this is advertised as a '4K DisplayPort' cable, it really isn't. If you want a DisplayPort cable to support really good 4K, you need one that's at least 1.3 or higher. There's no way this cable is anywhere near that quality. It's not labeled, nor is the quality involved in the material enough to suggest otherwise. Works well enough to run 1080p monitors at 144Hz though.
