The only had these cables at the time and it was too short for what I needed plus the price was overly expensive so I returned them and found a cheaper and longer cable at another store.

The hardware works better than your employees

Had to ask twice because he ignored me at first. I inquired about the price since it was no on the package. His reply: "I have no idea". He then turned and continued stocking the shelves. I figured it out my self. I had word with the manager at the door, who merely shrugged and said "That's bad" and continued his work. I will do my business at Amazon in the future. Oh, by the way - the cable and the hard drive I purchased worked fine.

Was disappointed to find that it had already fried after two weeks. I took the time to troubleshoot and my other DP and HDMI cables worked perfectly, but this specific cable was a goner. It looks like a few other people had similar problems. Overall, worked great until it didn’t. Also, caused my computer and monitors to bug out for around 5 minutes... Scary.

Bad quality cable

Cable didn’t work with my son’s new gaming monitor & when we tried to return which was unfortunately a couple days past their ridiculous 14 day return period, they wouldn’t even give an in store credit. During this pandemic when we are all limiting our shopping, traveling, etc, Best Buy should lengthen their short return window. I won’t be shopping here ever again.
