    Don't ever buy Insignia. They don't usually last long at all. I highly recommend get Accell or another brand as long it's VESA certified. The cords on those babies aren't big and strong as the others. I hope they stop using Insignia and consider other brands. I am NOT a fan of Insignia. They break overtime.

    The cable was a bit thicker than I expected but it works well and stands up to what we need it for. We connected it to an HDMI faceplate and ran it overhead inside the dropped ceiling to a projector. The extra sturdiness keeps it from fraying.
