    The washer is great but the dryer seems to take a few times get the clothes dry. Hopefully it’s just a break in period and us learning what settings to use.

    Bought this as a Washer/Dryer combo. Both have worked great. I buy all my appliances at Best Buy and have not had any problems.

    This dryer doesn't heat up as well as my Samsung dryer does. It's not but maybe 3 months old so it can't be the heating element. If the loads are small and not made up of thick blankets and too many towels...it works fine. Otherwise...I have to restart the load in hopes that it'll finally dry the load. This is a waste of electricity.

    The guys did excellent work and helped us by taking care of some potential problems ( removing doors, moving water softener, etc.
