It's not but maybe 3 months old so it can't be the heating element. If the loads are small and not made up of thick blankets and too many towels...it works fine. Otherwise...I have to restart the load in hopes that it'll finally dry the load. This is a waste of electricity.

The first dryer was completely inoperable. It took them a little over 2 weeks and several excuses to get a replacement while we ended up having to go to a laundromat for that time. They promised to make up for it, monetarily, in the future, but this left a huge distaste for future appliance purchases. They fixed the issue, but it still makes me question their quality control as well as their customer service skills.

They say it's the Lack of technicians. They have done it to me 2 times. It's been a little over 20 days since it started leaking. I just have to constantly keep mopping the water. It's frustrating and exhausting. 1 star for repairs and 1 star it only lasted a year and 1 star for customer service cause I keep getting hung up.

It has its good days and bad days. It takes hours to dry loads that are not big. I started washing clothes around 11am, it is now 5pm and I was only able to get one load done bc it won’t dry any more. Very disappointed.
