The first dryer was completely inoperable. It took them a little over 2 weeks and several excuses to get a replacement while we ended up having to go to a laundromat for that time. They promised to make up for it, monetarily, in the future, but this left a huge distaste for future appliance purchases. They fixed the issue, but it still makes me question their quality control as well as their customer service skills.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this dryer in August of 2022 and March of 2024, less than 2 years later, I had to purchase a new dryer due to the motor no longer working. It took me a full 90 minutes with each dry to fully dry my clothes unless it was a small and I do mean SMALL load of laundry. My washer is still holding up but, I would recommend saving yourself some money and looking at different options if you can!
