WORST BUY EVER!!!!!!! - Customer Service

Multiple problems with delivery, was never notified properly, wrong address, didn’t verify address etc and then when I finally got the dryer which took 3 delivery attempts it didn’t dry properly! I ordered the dryer on 1/8 and I am having to return and repurchase a dryer as 2/1. In addition to that because I returned the dryer after I was told multiple times to call back in order to receive compensation for my multiple troubles,I couldn’t be compensated at all for the failed delivery attempts inconvenience and defective dryer. This was a horrible experience! The 3rd party delivery company Riverstone Logistics along with the appliance department at Best Buy is deplorable! I don’t know what has changed with Best Buy but I am warning others and I am absolutely done with Best Buy. Choose another company for your appliances and other needs!

The sensor dry is horrible. You can try the manual drys, but most won’t allow you to change the temperature setting.

But, then the product did not produce enough heat and each load would usually take multiple cycles. I would have to add more time to the cycle for it to dry. As time passes more and more time was needed for the dryer to work. I attempted to dry a moderate amount of clothes on the maximum length (55 minutes) and most were still damp. I attempted to contact warranty, but I was out of warranty by a month or two. Insignia would not return my messages . Not sure what is wrong with it, awful purchase.
