    I know this is for the dryer but the site didn't give me a chance to review the washer. Probably because they know it sucks. Super loud and noisy. Can't do laundry at night the neighbors complain about the noise. Every time the washer turns off the water it lets out a loud bang! It's scary. I brought a plumber and he tried but there was nothing he could do. I tried help from best but but they kept asking for video and I couldn't upload and now it's passed returnable date and I'm stuck with it. Save yourself the headache and stress and avoid the Insignia brand. It's not worth the money!

    The dryer must be run multiple times before the clothes are actually dry even on the driest setting. I consider this to be an average dryer, not a great dryer.

    This dryer takes a couple of cycles to get everything dry sometimes. The price was great but just not a dryer for a leave family or if you have big items.
