    Purchased insignia washer and dryer set. Dryer has burned clothes and every single one of my comforters. Called for repair and was told that i was not drying my items according to the tag due to them supposedly not finding any issues with the dryer. Have continuously dryed laundry on low heat setting and still burns comforters. Would not recommend dryer store does not want to repair and makes it seem like you dont know how to use a dryer. Have been washing and drying my own clothes for over 20 yrs and have never had this issue before til this dryer.

    Purchased July 2019. Started having problems Janury 2021, quit February 2021. Electroniics would run, but the dryer itself would not. Kept it working for a couple of weeks by using manual cycles, then then even those wouldn't run.
