Not nearly as bad as the washer in this set but you would be better off spending a little more money to get a better brand.

I am unsure how well it works, did not get to use it and returned it due to issues with the washer upon delivery. Canceled entire order and going with a different brand.

After a few months of use it doesnt seem to be drying as good as it first did. For instance, towels have to be run thru the towel cycle at least twice. Maybe it is the humidity.

But it was still functional, and exchanging would have been an enormous hassle. That said, it works great.

The product was delivered on January 21, 2020. I did the installation and the dryer would not power on. I contacted best buy they setup an appointment with a geek squad tech. Geek squad tech tells me he live an hour and thirty minutes away and couldn't come. He then proceeds to tell me that it was installed wrong (like I am stupid). He sets up an appointment with delivery and installation. Delivery and installation comes out says installation is correct verify the plug works( with my old dryer and their plug tester) test best buy dryer still no power on. Delivery and installation report problem to best buy. Best buy says they will follow up with me never heard from them. I called the next day to speak with ten different people being hung up on, told to send a notarized letter saying I need to return, and then being told that a return and exchange or return can't be done. I have spoken with serval people that will not solve. I was even told that they couldn't get the names of the people that I talked to. I will not purchase a bag of chips from best buy ever again.
