At least there is less to complain about. I like the lint filter is up front, size of drum is good. My main complaint is being dictated to regarding the temp and time to run. I don't like the preset combos your machine offers. I still cannot believe that it is set up this way. I have to set it on the temp I want and then set my kitchen timer to go out and take out the dry stuff. I clean out my dryer exhaust every 6 months so I am picky about keeping my appliances as long as possible, but I am already shopping around to replace this dryer for one that is more user friendly

It does not dry clothes all the way. I bought the same unit for my son when he purchased his new home several months ago, just to find out that he is experiencing the same thing. I am not "knocking" this dryer- for the cost, some may not be too concerned. But you definitely cannot leave the house and come back home and find your clothes are dry- they will be slightly damp (and smell musty). Not a bad dryer- just not a great dryer. But they price these accordingly.

When using the quick dry setting, it takes about an hour.
