I understand that I bought a dryer that was in fair condition, but it was dirty inside. It had obviously been used for a while. There was lint coming out of the back. We had to change the direction the dryer door opened. When we got the two pieces apart, there was even lint between them. For $400 I expected it to at least be clean. The hassle of loading it back into my vehicle and getting to the store was not worth a return.

They did not leave the connection hose or connectors for her. So, she had to purchase those on her own!!! She also received a new washer that day. Today I found out it has a dent on the side!!! What the heck is going on??? I purchased a new washer, not a dented one!! I have never had a problem before now. Mine was delivered & installed without any problems. By the way, it was delivered on Christmas Eve.

I would not recommend this dryer to anyone. has anyone else had this problem

Don’t Buy. Lousy dryer.

After having a set of cotton sheets and a couple of shirts in the dryer over an hour on Heavy Duty, they still weren’t dry. It took over 2 hours for a mixed set of towels and jeans. Guess I’m going to have to dry Everything on Heavy Duty, High Heat. A waste of energy to me. Not happy at all with this purchase. Buyer Beware!
