No power cord

Not happy

I called made appt with geek squad. Not sure why they put install on appt because when they came they thought they were installing a dryer. They came in and heard the noise said it was something with the drum and I would need replacement. I asked when they couldn’t say and did they would need to turn it in to someone. I tried doing chat support and they were no help in helping me at all. I don’t know if I will get a new dryer at this point no communication so going to call geek squad tomorrow to actually speak to someone and see if they can help me see when I will get one or if they even turned this in.

waste of money

Since I purchased this dryer clothes are never dry unless I leave the load in in for 3 -4 hours. disgusted.

Worst Dryer Ever

Sensor cycles shut down while clothes are still wet. Takes 2-3 cycles to dry anything. Has always been very loud, but one week out of warranty dryer started making grinding/rumbling noise and shot sparks out of the bottom. Cost to have repaired is more than the cost of the dryer. Waste of money.

Very disappointed

Unfortunately I have realized that choosing this dryer was a mistake :( The first load I did was not by any means large and yet after completing a full cycle on normal the clothes were not dry. This has been an issue with every single load. No matter how big or small the load or what setting I use the clothes are never fully dry. The dryer doesn’t even really feel warm when cycles are finished or even in the middle before the cool down. Who wants to run two or more cycles in a dryer for each load? Not to mention the cost of the electricity use to do so... the dinosaur of a dryer provided by my previous place of residence worked way better than this dryer does brand new. I wish I could recommend this to others but it has so far not even come close to meeting my expectations and I am highly disappointed. I truly hope to exchange for something that works like it should but fear that I am now stuck with a less than acceptable product until I can afford to purchase something else.

Fair washer for price. Get extended warranty

I had enough issues with the washing machine that when the dryer started doing this, I asked BB to come and get both of them. If you are going to get this get the extended warranty as the return period is only 15 days which isn’t enough time for something to happen.

Bought one new which made a high pitched sound we could hear over our entire house even with the tv on. Also, nearly every load didn’t dry completely unless using longer time and higher heat. Even then it didn’t always dry the load completely. Exchanged for another identical dryer in case I got a lemon, at the promise from the BB manager that I could trade for a new brand no charge if the same problems occurred. They occurred. Even deliverer said his didn’t dry loads all the way. Liked it otherwise but those are 2 big problems. Exchanged for another brand and am grateful for the service and understanding of the BB managers I worked with during this process. Saw reviews online that said wet loads were common with it.

Not a very good dryer

The biggest problem with this dryer is that it does not dry clothes, it usually takes an extra half cycle (or more) longer than the machine thinks. Which is extremely frustrating. I would not buy this dryer.
