I was left without a functioning dryer for about two months regardless of my many many phone calls and visits to Best Buy. I ended up switching to a Samsung set.

We purchased in April 2022, it is now February 2024 (less than 2 years old) and it will not get hot. My husband tried everything to fix it & it is still not working. Of course there’s only a year warranty and I was dumb enough to not buy the extended warranty. Please if you do decide to buy this piece of crap, do yourself a favor and buy the extended warranty so you’re not out a $500 dryer and have to buy a new one less than 2 years later. It’s ridiculous!

We purchased this less expensive one. It took too long to dry clothes and the clothes were not always dry. My wife was happy with this. We told Best Buy. The dryer we originally wanted was available and Best Buy made an exchange. We just paid the difference of the cost.
