    WE HAVE OWNED THIS DRYER FOR 25 MONTHS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRYER. IT HAS BECOME THE BIGGEST HEADACHE!

    Only problem we’re having is we have to run a cycle twice in order for our clothes to dry. Regardless what setting we put it on, it doesn’t dry the first time and it’s over an hour of it running. We shouldn’t have to run this dryer being brand new, twice for a load to dry completely.

    Dryer has to be bumped to start working, usually will not start on it's own unless I bump it to a different position

    Spend more and get a better dryer

    Unfortunately, I washed a comforter and the dryer burned/melted a section of it to the batting inside the comforter. So I tried another comforter and this time set the dryer to Med instead of High and the same thing happened. Not sure if I got a defective unit but I returned it.

    Do not buy this dryer. Our dryer broke down and we needed a temporary, economical replacement while we waited for our new washer and dryer from another vendor. I’m surprised that Best Buy manufactures a dryer that does not dry anything! It took at least 3 cycles on the highest setting to get anything to dry. The installation process by Best Buy was awful. Although the dryer was a huge disappointment, the customer service we were provided at the time of sale in the store was great. Luckily, our new dryer arrived earlier than expected and we had the Insignia dryer hauled away to be trashed.

    This dyer is great for medium to small loads large loads will need to run twice. King size comforter will need to run twice alone. This dyer is not really built for a family better for a couple or single person.

    Do not allow Best Buy to put this product together. I’ve had it less than 6 months and the door has fallen off so many times

    Okay Dryer

    For the amount I spent on this and it being new, I was very excited. However now that I have it, it takes three cycles to dry my clothes. Today I put just one shirt in and on the highest settings after an hour, it was still damp. It will definitely do the job but just takes longer than it should.

    Dryer came without a plug and the store wanted me to load it back up and drive it to the store instead of just giving me a credit for the plug and me buying one.

    The order came damaged with a big dent and when i reached to cancel, it took me forever . They have been redirecting me to different teams and no one addressed the issue. Also, they made me take best buy membership which I can't cancel now.

    Didn't last 6 months. Trying to get a replacement. I was informed 1 May, no delivery dates available in May & June. I hope I get it replaced before Halloween or Christmas.

    This is the worst washer and dryer I have ever purchased in my 74 years (ok 50). the washer does not agitate and the dryer takes 3 hours to dry. This should be against the law to sell this kind of crap.

    Purchase the extended warranty

    I had the dryer for over a year and out of the blue it stopped working. I called multiple repair companies and no one wanted to touch it. The dryer still looks brand new but seems to have issues with the control panel. I was told by a repair person it would be cheaper to replace the unit, which I did AND purchased a warranty. It worked great until it didn't. Spend the extra money on the warranty.

    Delivery issues

    This review is for delivery only. We had a washer and dryer set delivered to us on January 31, 2020. We also purchased the brand new cord for the dryer with the expectation that delivery would include the set up since the sales member stated that only new attachments would be hooked up. The delivery personnel refused to hook up the cord because my exhaust vent was loose. It certainly didn't make sense to us since these are two separate pieces. The washer discharge hose that was packaged inside the washer was not even installed. Very poor customer service on delivery.

    Almost immediately after we got it, we had to start putting it on “time dry” for 70 minutes every cycle just to get the clothes dry.
