    Screws fall out

    The dryer it self is good, but within the first month the screws in the door fell out and the door fell off.. when the door was put back on it would never latch correctly..

    Have used the dryer several times and each time you have to dry the clothes multiple times to dry. Have tried all different settings and still have to run at least twice to dry. Would not recommend this dryer.

    The dryer never turned on! The tech people came out. And they laughed and said they took parts for it to replacement

    Looks great. Instillatons people were wonderful, polite and friendly. Most loads are not completely dry. With no manual to refer to just keep trying to figure how to set properly. It’s been a pain! Completely dissatisfied!

    The dryer makes alot of noise on certain cycles. I made sure it was level still makes the noise. not sure how this will be fixed. I have tried with small loads and larger ones still makes noise.

    Broken before we could even open them.

    Washer was cratered in on the back so bad it popped the sides out. Dryer front panel was cracked and loose. Both items were unusable in the condition received. I tried to upload photos but the upload is failing on the best buy website. Tried from 2 different computers and my phone. Just another broken Best Buy product

    If i could give 0 stars I would two broken dryers in less than 30 days horrible experience trying to get a repair still waiting for a repair

    Junk ive replaced the vent l replaced the hose taking the back off to vacume out the inside. Place in dryer dry clothes for an hour come back stil went or damp start back up 10 mins later get an error code un plug replug try again. Customer service with best buy and insignia is a joke

    Avoid this unit at all costs. Its Chinese garbage. I had a good brand dryer for years that finally hit the skids. I bought this in a pinch and regret it every time I do laundry. It rarely dries on the first go round. Seriously, consider a different brand.

    Takes forever to dry clothes. Minimum 90 minutes. Geek Squad has been out 2x and can't find anything wrong. I don't recommend this dryer unless you are ok with an increase in your electric bill.

    Bought this because I moved and there wasn't a gas hook up for the gas dryer I have. Takes way to much time to dry. I will not be recommending this item.

    Get the Gas

    Easy to operate but took a long time to heat up and twice as long as gas to dry a load. Recommend the buying the gas version. It's great!

    While this dryers outran the washer I bought with it (washer broke under two years), every full load I dry on high still has to be ran for an extra 30 minutes to finish drying the load. The weak drying capacity wastes energy and time.

    Lasted less than 2 yrs before issues

    The dryer had to be on very dry & high setting to dry in the first cycle with a regular size load when brand new. Now less than 2 yrs later it's not drying properly on the first cycle. I recommend an extended warranty if you decide to buy this dryer.

    Bought this dryer as a set with the washer. Washer works wonderful but the dryer takes 2-3 rounds to dry clothes, even on heavy duty and high settings

    We received our dryer and one of the feet was missing. Made multiple calls with no response or resolve. We had to contact Insignia supplier to get a set of feet for the dryer - paying more money out of pocket.
