Keeps flipping my breaker

I've spent more than 4 hours total on hold and have yet to speak to anyone. I guess I'm just going to have to suck it up and call my local repair shop.

Takes 2-3 hours to dry a single load of laundry regardless of what setting you use. Getting warranty service has been a nightmare. They came out to service, said it needed to be replaced. Emails go unanswered and twice I have been on hold for more than 2 hours, just to be assured that it is in process. It has been over a month since this was reported and no action.

This one can't even do that. On the 2d use, the machine blew a fuse and shot out a puff of smoke. Best Buy kindly replaced it but it seriously underperforms, taking at least 2 cycles to dry a medium load. Should be taken off the market.

Wired incorrectly - had to call an electrician

I had to pay an electrician to come out and rewire the outlet to match the mess up on the dryer. Not worth the money. Never had such a terrible time with a Dryer and with a company. Both are not worth the money. Total waste of money for the installation since the people that installed it wired it up incorrectly.

Damage but works great

I wouldn’t recommend this purchase at all.

Not worth the cheap price

I can throw in a small size load and have it at the highest/longest settings and clothes still come out damp. Returned the Insignia washer that was paired with this and should have returned the dryer as well. It is now past the return period. Super disappointed.
