Lasted less than 2 yrs before issues

Now less than 2 yrs later it's not drying properly on the first cycle. I recommend an extended warranty if you decide to buy this dryer.

The weak drying capacity wastes energy and time.

Keeps flipping my breaker

I've spent more than 4 hours total on hold and have yet to speak to anyone. I guess I'm just going to have to suck it up and call my local repair shop.

Made multiple calls with no response or resolve. We had to contact Insignia supplier to get a set of feet for the dryer - paying more money out of pocket.

Takes 2-3 hours to dry a single load of laundry regardless of what setting you use. Getting warranty service has been a nightmare. They came out to service, said it needed to be replaced. Emails go unanswered and twice I have been on hold for more than 2 hours, just to be assured that it is in process. It has been over a month since this was reported and no action.

This one can't even do that. On the 2d use, the machine blew a fuse and shot out a puff of smoke. Best Buy kindly replaced it but it seriously underperforms, taking at least 2 cycles to dry a medium load. Should be taken off the market.

I figured it was do to a Accident or drop. The delivery guy run through the settings everything work do to the inconvenience of need my dryer we kept it

I had to pay an electrician to come out and rewire the outlet to match the mess up on the dryer. Not worth the money. Never had such a terrible time with a Dryer and with a company. Both are not worth the money. Total waste of money for the installation since the people that installed it wired it up incorrectly.

Never my life have I had to babysit a washing machine.. inconsistent water levels doesn't wash worth a crap!! way too long wash cycles quick wash doesn't even rinse your clothes it spends them and spits water on them I hope the god they take this thing back cuz I'm throwing it to the curb
