Look for another brand

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not even six months into owning the washer and dryer, I’ve: - Exchanged the washer because it doesn’t spin AND - Am in the process of having the rotors on the dryer replaced (They literally went out mid dry) It’s WAAAYYY too early for this to occur. I wouldn’t recommend this purchase at all.

Poor salesperson

Not worth the cheap price

Don't buy it

I can throw in a small size load and have it at the highest/longest settings and clothes still come out damp. Returned the Insignia washer that was paired with this and should have returned the dryer as well. It is now past the return period. Super disappointed.

It takes over and hour to dry a normal sized load of clothing and some items are still not dry. I live on a very tight budget and this long drying time increases my electric bill.

Dead On Arrival

Unfortunately the excitement faded when I realized the washer was dented, they offered to leave it for a potential discount or until they could replace it. Then they had to inform me that the dryer would not power on. It was DOA. Hopefully Best Buy will be able to compensate me for my troubles.

Horrible Service. Best Buy Won’t answer phone!

We exchanged for the gas dryer...now the gas dryer has not worked from day one. It will not heat up. Best Buy won’t take any calls. What business does that? That is a disgrace. We now have to call for someone to come out to fix. A brand new dryer that does not work.

BAD Customer Service

Completing delivery was a nightmare, with six no-shows before someone from another department finally stepped in. I'll try Home Depot next time.

broke in two days

It must have been more than just a dent because it stopped working within two days. waiting for a replacement.
