    Not satisfied with this insignia dryer. It takes over and hour to dry a normal sized load of clothing and some items are still not dry. I live on a very tight budget and this long drying time increases my electric bill.

    This was by far the worst appliance I've bought thus far in Houston. It makes so much noise, so I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

    Was very excited to receive my new Insignia washer and dyer today. Unfortunately the excitement faded when I realized the washer was dented, they offered to leave it for a potential discount or until they could replace it. Then they had to inform me that the dryer would not power on. It was DOA. Hopefully Best Buy will be able to compensate me for my troubles.

    Horrible. The dryer did not heat well. We exchanged for the gas dryer...now the gas dryer has not worked from day one. It will not heat up. Best Buy won’t take any calls. What business does that? That is a disgrace. We now have to call for someone to come out to fix. A brand new dryer that does not work.

    1st Dryer Came broken, had to send a repair man and then he had to order a new one......and waited another 2 weeks for new one Then they didn't offer the bonus points??? My fault it was broken?? at least the new one has been working for 2 months lol

    I cannot say much about this unit yet because Best Buy will not be completing the installation, citing an inability to do so after guaranteeing it when purchased. Completing delivery was a nightmare, with six no-shows before someone from another department finally stepped in. I'll try Home Depot next time.

    This product was horrible for me. 3 cycles to dry a load! Do NOT recommend. However, 5 stars for BB customer service. I returned it with zero complications!

    this washing machine was damaged in delivery but the delivery people turned it in such a way that I was unable to see it. It must have been more than just a dent because it stopped working within two days. waiting for a replacement.

    I purchased this washer and dryer on April 3, 2020 and the dryer just stop working and all they could tell me is we don’t come out and check the machines anymore and your warranty has expired never again will I buy a Best Buy product
