    This product was horrible for me. 3 cycles to dry a load! Do NOT recommend. However, 5 stars for BB customer service. I returned it with zero complications!

    I purchased this washer and dryer on April 3, 2020 and the dryer just stop working and all they could tell me is we don’t come out and check the machines anymore and your warranty has expired never again will I buy a Best Buy product

    Worst Dryer!

    This is the worst dryer i have ever owned!!! It does not seem to to dry my clothes at all. You have to run the cycle two times for them to dry and that may seems easy enough to do the electric bill will be stupid. I will be having them come and pick this item back up!

    Dries vlothes to slow.

    I purchased because Best Buy employee told me it dries a load of Jeans (5 pairs) in 30 minutes. It actual takes a hour gor 4 pairs if jeans and even longer for towels. Not worth the price.

    I bought it because it matched the washer but it sucks. The drying cycles are long minimum of 60 minutes for the clothes to dry.

    DRYER doesn't dry properly.

    This product does not dry properly. If you want to fill the dryer with normal clothes. Expect to run the cycle two times on HIGH HEAT. I washed 4 towels & 2 wash towels. That is a very small load and it still took over 1 hour on high heat. This is not worth the money.

    We could not get it heat. I am not an electrician so it could be my fault. You would have thought that Best Buy would have tried to help. So we brought it back

    Made a loud noise and took 4 hours to dry 1 load of clothes. Item must need repairs. Returned with no hassel for a new one.

    Dryer says 60 mins but only drys for 5 mins you can’t put a lot of clothes in it or clothes won’t dry

    Do not buy this. It does take about 2 hours to dry any clothes. Also, I had mine for a year and 4 months and it completely died. Repair tech came out to look at it and was shocked that this thing didn't catch on fire.
