I end up hanging jeans up in hope they will dry after being in the dyer for over an hour.

Ordered a replacement, lasted just 5 cycles and no power once again. Returning for a full refund.

Don’t buy this dryer!

The warranty is so far useless. Many hours spent doing diagnostics and waiting on hold with the customer care folks and still no repair or replacement.

But my Samsung range was damaged also. So maybe it's best buy it self. I don't know but I will not buy appliances from Best buy again.
