The ease of use and no worries about a knob breaking off. The cost was especially reasonable and affordable. I'd never heard of insignia before. I'll tell you I've had Kenmores, Maytags, GE & Whirlpool through my lifetime. This dryer is best I've ever had! I'll never let a big name brand suck ne in sgsun!

Just as good as the big named brands

The Best Buy brand is just as good or better. Because of the price, I was able to afford a larger capacity and it does a great job!! This dryer gives you so many options! I would definitely recommend the Best Buy brand since you will end up more capacity and options for less money. Isabel

Simple, quiet, and in my opinion out performs all other brands on every level. So impressed with quality, functionality, features, dry time and price we bought another one for our 2nd home. The first unit purchased is 5 years old and still works like it’s brand new.

Easy controls- and a nice variety of settings. Might take a bit of playing with settings to get everything dry on the first time. Only real complaint (like the washer) is that the end of cycle sound is pretty quiet.

The only complaints I have is that there is no interior light (although I knew that when I bought it). I didn't think about the way the top is rounded. Some articles fall off the top when the dryer is in use. It also makes it difficult to sort clothes.
