Works great no issues at all, get the warranty though.

It works perfectly good. It has a lot of settings for literally everything you want to dry from bulk to the smallest load.

I purchased an "excellent" condition, open box option for this Insignia Electric Dryer. Upon picking up the unit, I found this to be true. Everything looked good, just no cardboard box. Excellent program! The dryer itself looks good and has quite a few cycle options/ features compared to other models in this price range. It's not the quietest dryer I have owned, nor is it the quickest, but it dries clothes as expected and advertised. ...for about two weeks. Went to throw a load in (maybe the 10th load of its life) and wouldn't power on at all. Checked the breaker box, tested the outlet for juice, looked over all the common user errors. Ended up having to call in the warranty phone number. Which went right to a human being, which was nice. At the time of this review, my 2 week old dryer is waiting for a technician to come diagnose (and hopefully fix) the issue in 3 days between 7am-7pm, on that day. Everything being under warranty even though it was an "open-box" item, means no cost to me besides the laundry piling up a few days. All things considered: For 350 bucks, I knew what I was getting into. So if its an easy repair with no major issues from here... I'd probably do it all again. However, should it need replacing, more issues in the near future, or if it happened to be a little more expensive... I would probably have passed on it. We shall see. (I will try to remember to update this after the service call)

What we like - the memory option, drying time and ease of use. What we don't like - the domed top, reduces work space.

Works great. Very spacious. So far nothing bad to say.

I love this dryer it was so simple for my family to learn how to use it and not only that but the drying settings are perfect for specifics and the machine works fast!

I went to Best Buy to purchase my mother a Dryer that we brought years ago from Best Buy but by my mistake I brought a electic instead of a gas dryer. The two gentlemen installed the dryer but still did not work. We found out it was not gas. They left the new one and said lets work on getting you the right one. So, I am waitingng on our new dryer. But everyone was so nice.

Did self installation on my own easy walkthrough with the information received & everything works perfectly can’t complain would buy again instead of the new Samsung ones that don’t wash stains or stench out properly

Well I haven't had a "NEW" dryer before. Learning all the bells n whistles that my old dryer didn't have. I am extremely happy with my purchase. After it's paid in full I'll be investing in the matching washer.

Wow, I love my new insignia dryer! I had purchased an armana but it didn't make the cut. This insignia has a personal dry system that you can set it's very roomy & I love it it's electric looks very sleek go get you one.

Machine is quiet and clothes come out very clean! I bought the set and love them both.

I got the washer and dryer combo and they both work great! The dryer is big enough to dry my king size comforter.
