    Got this dryer at an amazing deal. I have one minor issue. It has dry sense or sensor and most of the time my clothes are still damp after a cycle on all cycles this happens. So I always have to run it again.

    Happy with purchase. Did have to find the right selection for heat to make sure the clothes dried because it was not drying in one cycle found if you put it on towels that works.

    first off this is more on Best Buy's handling of this, got home from work late, 12am =/ installed this and a washer dryer would power up but hum and shut down... double checked my wiring and made sure we had correct voltage. dryer motor was bad. (upset) called the #on the dryer booklet and went through their trouble shooting was told that is all they could do.. and to call Best Buy, called them at 2am and guess what. they went through some questions and told me a new one was on the way. very happy with these guys. can't say how well the new one runs as I tested it in my shop to see if it works (it does) and stuck it in the corner until our old one dies. to say the place I build for the set is a pain to work in would be an understatement. lol

    I bought this and the matching washing machine for our new house. I'm not a fan of the washing machine, but have absolutely no issues with this dryer. It works like it should, dries clothes well, and does what its supposed to. I also like that it remembers your settings after turning it off then back on, so I don't have to adjust settings for every load I need to dry, I can just turn it on and push start. Best of all it was also affordable!
