I wanted a more basic washer and dryer without all the extra features that I would ever use. This has just enough features and works just as good as the more expensive ones I had over the years.

I actually purchased the washer and dryer for my son- I'm assuming he's enjoying these two items. The dryer has fast drying properties which he loves.

Disappointed

We kept it inside the box so we would not scratch it bringing it into the house and to the utility room. Once we got it there we removed the dryer from the box and it was damaged on the bottom of the side. It wasn't major and it didn't make any difference in the way the dryer worked. I thought since it was only cosmetic and on the side of the dryer I would keep it since it was not easy to get it to the utility room so I contacted Best Buy and told them the dryer was damaged but it was only cosmetic and I was going to keep it instead of going through all the trouble of returning it and having to take it back out of the house and box it back up and find someone to take it back for me if I could get a discount on it and was told no that I would have to take it back to the store and get it replaced. But I didn't want to go through the trouble so I kept it without any reimbursement. So I wouldn't pick up any thing that you cannot see before you leave the store.

I couldnt ask for a better option. It wasnt insanely expensive, nor is it very huge. We have a smaller laundry space and the instilation went smoothly.
