    So far very good .. got the pair, unfortunately the washer pump went out within 9 months from purchase .. its taking a month to replace the pump .. pray the correct pump comes for the 3rd time

    Called customer support about my delivery when my dryer came in with a missing leveling leg. They told me to buy it from a store instead since it would be cheaper. This is insane coming from bestbuy!
