My only issue is I am having trouble getting it to dry all the clothes. I am trying small loads. I will keep trying different things to find out what works best for drying.

And it looks good next to the Insignia Top Load Washer. BestBuy had both of them in stock, picked them up at the BestBuy warehouse, installed that evening.

I called Best Buy and was told that there were no technicians who could service the dryer and the fastest exchange would be 10 business days. I was told the best option would be to return the first dryer and completely order a second one to be delivered. The second dryer came, I paid for professional installation this time, and it ALSO doesn’t get hot or dry clothes. Again, no technician is available to come look at it and no fast exchanges. I have simply opted to return both dryers and the matching washer I got with the first one and go with another brand and company. The first dryer is still here and won’t be picked up until 11/20, the second on 11/23, and the washer 11/27. Please tell me what sense that makes? Not only would I not recommend this dryer to ANYONE I know, I would not recommend working with Best Buy either.
