I had to get my granddaughter to take care of it.

I was at work, but my elderly parents were home. One of the delivery guys called me while i was on my lunch break to let me know they were on their way. A few minutes later, i got a call from bestbuy telling me they didn't install them. After a few mins i was told that as long as the hoses were disconnected from the old washer, they would take it and at least put the new washer and dryer in place and i would hook them up myself. Well, that didn't happen. Instead, they left both new appliances sitting in the middle of the living room floor. After calling to have a relocation escalated to be done today, im being told they can't do it until tomorrow after taking off today for it. I also have to pull out of a wedding i was scheduled to be in tomorrow because of this.
