When the dry cycle is complete the clothes are still damp. Sometimes takes 2-3 cycles for cloths to dry. Best But is replacing unit per the purchase agreement. A little apprehensive at the point especially since we did not get the extended warranty.

I have had this dryer for 3 days and I've already scheduled the return. I like the washer well enough, but this dryer is horrible. My first time drying a load, I put it in for a normal dry, high heat. After the cycle, all of the clothes were damp and had to run it for a second cycle. The next load I dried was towels. Same situation, I used Most Dry on high heat this time, still finished damp. These were normal sized, if not a bit small, load for the washer, so its not like it was too much to dry. Yesterday was the final straw, I put in a set of king size 100% cotton flannel sheets, only the fitted sheet, flat sheet, and four pillowcases, thats it, nothing else, nice easy to clean cotton. It took FIVE HOURS to dry one set of sheets. Five hours! I had to restart it four times in total. From 1pm to 6pm just drying one set of sheets. This morning I called Best Buy to come pick it up. The reviews looked good, the features looked good, but its absolute garbage. Nothing was even warm when you took it out on completion. I'm used to the nice fresh warm sheet feeling... none of that with this dryer. I wholeheartedly recommend looking elsewhere if you are able. This would work in a pinch if it was all you could get and you only do one load of laundry a day, but there are far better options for the money.

The door on the dryer is child proof. This dryer dries clothes very fast and that includes very large heavy items.

Great inexpensive dryer

This dryer will dry your big loads using the standard cycle also....no second touch up time.
