    This dryer is very weak. Sometimes we have to run the load 2 or 3 times for a regular to small sized load.

    Have not been able to use “new” Insignia dryer yet because it does not heat. Very disappointed with “Lemon“ appliance and frustrated with customer service “not” provided.

    This was a piece of junk. It lasted a little more than a year (so warranty expired) and, after a service call the repairman said he couldn't get the part so it couldn't be repaired.

    Would not recommend this washing machine

    Laundry cycles take too long. Quick wash takes an hour & 40 minutes. There’s no way to shorten a wash cycle. I had space limitations so needed a small washing machine.

    I have to cycle it 3 times to get the clothes dry. The sensor shuts it off before everything is dry.

    I have to run the dryer for two cycles to get a load dry and the timer knobs does not move.

    good dryer . Absolutely bad install .. exhaust pipe crushjed in half, plus torn open at bend.. Genk squad was usless came and left did not know what do do .. Ended up fixed myself.............

    I received 3 of these over the period of a month, none of them had working heating elements, terrible product, terrible support from best buy, go to a different seller

    It dries when it desides when it wants to work. Makes a clicking sound and won't come on at all when it decides it don't won't work. Going to take it back today.

    This dryer is terrible. It never dries my clothes in one cycle. I do the 80 minute cycle and not even a large load. Dont buy this dryer.
