    18 months after purchase with less than normal use, it has completely broken. Unusable and Insignia and Best Buy refuse to help.

    When we opened the box ,the top of the drier wasn't even on the right side even . So we over looked that . Then when we went to clean vent last week ,it was wet not dry dust- lint . So took the back off and the vent pipe inside was never hooked hooked up in fact wasn't even long enough. So this drier wasn't the best choice !

    Has not worked since purchased. Did not have a chance to really use to make this determination until past the 15 days. I am now just waiting for someone To come down and repair it or place it. I wish I could just return it. Does not heat up and instead only uses cold air. Have attempted to follow the directions on the book to fox the issues our selves with no success. Takes an entire day to dry one load of clothes.

    This dryer does not dry the clothes.The first time period disappointed in this purchase.You have to keep pushing the button over and over to finally get the clothes dry

    I dryer a heavy load making sure not to over fill the dryer. And the dryer started leaking water from underneath. I proceeded to move the metal vent and pulled dryer a little out undid the vent to make sure there was no clogs in the wall. I didn’t see anything but hooked it back up still takes a few dries to dry my clothes all the way

    Find any other retailer. No call day before delivery, claimed to have left after waiting 15 minutes. They left 10 minutes after showing up 20 minutes early. Kept the unnecessary power cable you're required to purchase for installation. The dryer came with its own. Installers didn't know they were installing it instead of just delivering. Trying to get a refund for the cable was a nightmare. I'm still waiting on a gift card that hadn't been issued because the order hasn't been completed on their end for the last three weeks.

    You have to put everything to dry at least 3 times for it to fully dry. Annoying.

    Don’t recommended. I purchased it November 2024. It already needs to be repaired. There was a wiring issue. They had to order a part. Still waiting for the Geek Squad to repair it. I been without a dryer going on week 3. Geek Squad is giving me the run around now!

    The most ridiculous thing ever- at delivery I was told all I’d need for this was a dryer vent. after purchasing that- nope now I need a power cord?! who sells appliances without power cords??! I honestly want a refund now. come back and pick it up and give me my $500 back!! ridiculous

    Once it was shipped did not come with any hookups vent. Once it was hooked staryed to smoke and smell of fire..read a review of it being normal...but so far has been working

    To my surprise when I bought this is when you turn the tab to the desired minutes, it doesn’t heat up you HAVE to use sensor dry !!!! I contacted the customer service they wanted me to re break my walls again and return the product!!! I have a narrow door way to my basement!!!! I believe they knew when they sold me this piece because it came without a box and when my husband questioned it the delivery guy said that’s how it was bought….. no it was not, so if you care abt your 500+ $$$$ reconsider buying this junk

    Door would NOT stay closed on my second day of ownership. Had 2 so called technicians that contract with Best Buy that said they fixed it, but the door ended up not closing the very next day. They just rigged it and told me they didn't carry parts with them for repairs.. I regret buying this dryer.

    I will NEVER buy another Insignia brand product again. I’ve had this dryer for 14 months and it no longer heats up. Utterly useless. Don’t get me started on the matching washer, which had to be replaced (hassle and a half!) after 8 months. I would steer clear of this brand. It is absolute garbage.

    This is the third time recently Best Buy delivery people have failed. I keep telling them I will never buy another appliance from them but this time I mean it. They hire unprofessional people to deliver and install. It is totally not worth the aggravation when there are other companies to use. Avoid at all costs.
