    Clothes take forever to dry. I have to have it at High Dry, 80 minutes and have to do atleast 2-3 cycles in order for it to dry my clothes. Regret the purchase.

    Had for 2 weeks and want dry my clothes washer works great Use it three times the forth it keep saying cooling only try unplugging it try different stuff it want get hot in any way Called Best Buy they there sending a delivery crew out to pick up and is going to bring another so let’s see what happens

    worst dryer ever. stop heating after 1 year. sometimes it heats and sometimes it don't. cleaned lint line, checked heating elements and replaced moisture sensors nothing works. Next time I will a simple GE dryer with simple on/off controls.

    First, let me say that I’m a single, business professional who takes great care of my things. I’ve had this dryer for about a year and a half and it’s already stopped drying. It’s not a fuse or dirty filter. I’ve eliminated all of the normal things and now gonna have to either repair or get a new one.

    Takes two hours to dry a large load of laundry. Hot setting is a joke. Some days the wash smells like mold, the next time there is no smell. A big waste of money. My old Sears dryer that lasted 25 years was superior. Look elsewhere, do not take a chance on this lemon.

    2 new came broken

    Would give it zero stars if i could. First came in and did not work. They replaced it a week later, and the second did not work and was damaged. The installer was very helpfull, but the cust support was no help at all and told me to go in in person. Once i went in they kept trying to upsale me a diffent model and when i chose one they told me it was out of stock and kept upsaleing.

    Total garbage motor didn't even last a few months now I'm spending more money trying to fix it or buy another y'all should be sued selling this product with no warrantys

    Work properly they were supposed to bring one out over the following weekend a holiday at that and then they didn't even show up I canceled my plans for a long holiday weekend for them to exchange it and they never showed

    Dryer caught on fire. The drum was actually on fire while in operation. No electrical issues noted as the dryer cord was in tact.

    Worst ever! If you like to run your dryer 3-4 times to dry clothes with cold air, you'll love this model. The dryer doesn't even get hot. Returned it fast.
