I exchange it out for a new one and still the same thing. Now I’m awaiting a technician for something I just purchased.

Squeaky Dryer

Technician said the bearings were going out. THE DRYER IS BRAND NEW! Then he tells me the part to fix is not bring made. NOT HAPPY !

Insignia Dryer Owned 25 days QUITS WORKING

I have never had a dryer conk out on me like this. This is my first experience with a Best Buy brand product and I am very disappointed.

Buy only if you have all day.

Would not recommend this washing machine

Worthless installation

Absolutely bad install .. exhaust pipe crushjed in half, plus torn open at bend.. Genk squad was usless came and left did not know what do do .. Ended up fixed myself.............

Attempted to use the repair service and they came out and turned it on and it got hot so they said it was fine and left… of course, it didn’t work after that.

Fine if you want it to take 18 hours to dry cloths

Don't buy this!

It lasted a little more than a year (so warranty expired) and, after a service call the repairman said he couldn't get the part so it couldn't be repaired.
